KEITH SCOTT

Physical Therapist

Keith Scott, PT founded Fairfax Physical Therapy in 1992 with a simple vision: to provide the kind of personalized, one-on-one care he felt was missing in many clinics.

After earning his degree in Physiotherapy from Northeastern University in 1982, Keith worked in a variety of outpatient settings where therapists were often expected to treat multiple patients at the same time. While common in the industry, he found that approach left little opportunity to truly understand each person or provide the level of care they deserved.

Determined to do things differently, Keith established Fairfax Physical Therapy with a commitment to slowing down, listening carefully, and giving each patient his full attention. More than three decades later, that philosophy remains at the heart of the practice. By focusing on individualized care, Keith has helped countless patients recover from pain, improve function, and return to the activities they love.

Keith specializes in the treatment of chronic pain, complex orthopedic conditions, and spinal disorders. Throughout his career, he has pursued extensive continuing education with a particular emphasis on hands-on manual therapy. His advanced training includes myofascial release, Craniosacral Therapy, and spinal mobilization techniques. Over the years, his clinical approach has expanded to include energy healing approaches such as Light-Body Therapy and Theta Energy Healing.

Patients appreciate Keith's thoughtful, intuitive style and his ability to see the whole person—not just the diagnosis. His goal has always been the same: to help each patient heal as completely as possible through compassionate, individualized care.

MICHAEL SCANLON

Massage Therapist

With 13 years of hands-on experience, Mike specializes in functional massage therapy designed to help the body move, recover and perform better. His work combines focused therapeutic techniques with an energetic, intuitive touch, tailoring each session to what your body needs.

A major part of his approach is education — helping clients better understand what may be contributing to their pain, tension or limited mobility and giving them practical insight into their own bodies.

The goal isn't simply to help you feel better for the day, but to help you understand your body, improve how it functions and make lasting progress.
