The deep core is a pressure system — diaphragm, pelvic floor, and the corset-like transverse abdominis work together to support each vertebra before your arms or legs move.

WHAT IS PHYSICAL THERAPY?

Physical therapy is the art and science of helping your body remember how to move well again. A therapist reads the story your movement is telling — where it's guarded, where it's out of balance — and guides you back to strength, ease, and flow through hands-on care and purposeful movement, so your body can heal the way it was designed to.

POSTURE DO’S & DON’TS

Your spine has a natural, effortless line — posture is just about letting it find that line instead of fighting it. Ears floating over shoulders, shoulders soft and open, hips settled over your feet, weight sinking evenly into the ground. No forcing, no bracing — just gentle alignment, so your body can breathe and move the way it's meant to.

Do: let your crown lift and your shoulders soften back, core awake but easy.
Don't: collapse the chest, jam the chin forward, or brace the knees stiff.
